Historical notes:

This is a single map campaign covering the "official" Battle of Britain period from July 10th to October 31st, 1940. I have tried to recreate all aspects of the Battle of Britain, including Bomber Command duties, Fleet Air Arm participation  and Italian participation (AI only).

All squadrons in the campaign really took part in Battle of Britain, at least a part of it. However, Luftwaffe tended to change squadron names quite often: Schnellkampfgeschwader 210 used in the game was called Erprobungsgruppe 210 in 1940. Seeaufklärungsgruppe 125 was called Aufklärungsgruppe 125 (See) at the time. Some RAF Squadrons (and both FAA fighter squadrons) actually operated from Scotland. Italian squadrons may be incorrect, because I don't understand Italian squadron numbering system.

Also aircraft of the squadrons are what they really used, subtypes may vary. One exception: 3.(F)/Aufklärungsgruppe 31 actually used Do 17, Ju 88 and Bf 110 recon variants. I used Focke-Wulf Fw-189 Uhu as a replacement.

Used airfields are not fully historical.

Campaign notes:

When you start a career, please select your squadron corresponding to your aircraft: if you select the first plane in the list, also select the first squadron in the list; if you select the second plane in the list, also select the second squadron in the list and so on.

Do so to avoid unwanted upgrades to your aircraft: you don't want your Spitfire to be upgraded to Beaufighter, do you? Most (not all) player squadrons have timetable updates.

I have done some testing, but if you encounter any bugs, let me know.

Installation:

Decompress the Bob.zip into your DCG home directory.
Make a backup of the DGEN directory in you IL-2 game directory and copy DGEN folder from Bob folder to main game folder, overwrite if prompted.
Start DCG, select Optional Third Party Data Folder.
Navigate to the Bob folder and select allcampaigns.dcg
Select Off Line Career (Full Auto-Generation Mode) in the DCG main screen.
Launch Il-2 and select one of the above-mentioned careers.

DCG Settings:

Action radius 700 km or more. Beware of running out of fuel though, especially on single-engined fighters.

Transfers are set off by a timetable command. There are two reasons for that: some airfields are too short for some aircraft. I still wouldn't suggest loadind Bf-110 D-3 with both droptanks and 500 kg bombs. The other reason is to avoid overcrowding of certain aitrfields. You may turn transfer on or change your airfield via DCG panel.

Everything else as you wish. However, there are a lot of squadrons, so using full Squadron Density may cause FPS drop.

Sixty downloads in three days  8)  I'm honoured.

Tell me what you like. How do you feel my campaign design? What do you like and what do you dislike? Have you found any bugs?

Any feedback, positive or negative would be appriciated.
I would like to create more campaigns in the future. It would help me if I just knew what you guys would like me to do.  ;)

You did, thankfully, give instructions on how to load this campaign.  I currently have a DCG campaign running (with you folk's help I am sure) but I would like to try this one.  What exactly is required to quit  one and then start another?  What needs to be deleted from where?  I have to confess that I just don't know very much about DCG, only what you smart guys here tell me.  Thank you for any insight/help you can provide to us who are less smart.

You can play several DCG campaigns at the same time. Nothing has to be deleted.

Let's say you are playing vonofterdingens campaign War Over Italy and you want to start my Battle Of Britain.

Start the campaign as instructed before.

When you want to return to War Over Italy, Start DCG, unselect and reselect Optional Third Party Data Folder, navigate to the WarOverItaly folder and select allcampaigns.dcg. Launch the game and load campaign War Over Italy.

When you want to return to Battle of Britain, Start DCG, unselect and reselect Optional Third Party Data Folder, navigate to the Bob folder and select allcampaigns.dcg. Launch the game and load campaign Battle of Britain.

Only thing you need to do is to select the correct allcampaigns.dat file in a correct folder for a campaign to work.  ;)

Edit: If you don't want to keep your current campaign for later use, just choose the campaign in the game campaign menu and click delete.

Actually, you only have to choose the 3rd party campaign  when you create the campaign. Once created you are all set. For example, to create a War Over Italy campaign choose that folder and generate the campaign. You will have that campaign until you finish or delete it. To create another dcg campaign, choose the third party folder and go. The War Over Italy campaign and the new campaign will work as expected.

Thanks guys.  I just didn't want to screw something up.  I have a tendency to do that every once in a while (as I'm sure you have noticed by most of my previous posts).
