Takeoff setup

When experimenting with MissionPro, I am noticing that I am unable to design a mission with my plane taking off from the ground.  I do not remember having this problem with the default editor.  Despite the fact that waypoint 0 is designated takeoff, my plane always starts in the air.  Any ideas?  I have loaded scramble missions which I believe is suppose to start you on the ground, but the results are the same.  I am using CUP WAW.

Disregard.  Turns out I had to set the option for both takeoff and landing under IL 2.
