As regards the new effective AI, I was unable to use TS last night otherwise I would of learnt many new Polish expletives from Loku :)

A bit better as offspring are using 4G to lighten the load but still no faster than 1.5meg.
Cabinet upgrade July - December 2016 according to 'Superfast Worcestershire' site, but I'm not holding my breath.

My ISP has issues with overbooked Cable Modem lines at the moment too, this for instance is the fever chart of transfer speeds over time:
