Cannot post logfile in a new topic

I'm trying to post a topic on the C.U.P. Tech Help section and I cant post a logfile because of a "Sorry, you are not allowed to post external links." message.
I have NO links in my post. How do I solve it?

No external links until you have made 5 posts. That's the forum protection against spam-bots. Just make 3 more posts here, or anywhere on the site and you will be able to post your logfile.

Welp, just found out about this.. i tried posting log files for 20 mins and kept getting the "no eternal links" warning
