Hello guys, the first post has now been updated with a link for the latest update, the aircraft is not part of the set. ;)







Fine looking objects.

I have posted some ideas in your WIP section if you wish to consider some ideas for them.


Hello max, the two buildings above will hopefully enable you to full fill one of the things you mentioned in your PM. :)

Hello Stalker, the very small items such as the Dope can and toolbox for some reason do not show in the object viewer but you can place them in a scene. ;)

The object before the dead table is a dead wheel chock and the word Dead needs to be added in front of the texture name in the mesh for it to show, easily corrected if you can open the dead mesh with notepad, sorry about that. :-[

INTERNAL ERROR: Can't open file '3do/Buildings/DeadWheelChock/Maintenance_Stuff.mat'

possible fix : rename "DeadMaintenance_Stuff.mat" to "Maintenance_Stuff.mat

possible fix : rename "DeadMaintenance_Stuff.mat" to "Maintenance_Stuff.mat



Hello Gabriel, the issue had been pointed out by Stalker, I had forgot to add Dead to the texture name in the mesh, must have been
having a brain fart, it is corrected in the new link. :-[


There is now a new updated link in the first post that includes the final batch of objects that Geezer sent to me. ;)

This update now effectively brings the project to a close so I would just like to express my appreciation to Geezer for his generosity in
allowing me the use of his objects and to all of you who have encouraged and supported me in bringing them to IL-2. 8)

Excellent work that Istvan, looking forward to you releasing them. 8)


Some of the buildings might actually look better just using the original 3D and new damage textures rather than my destroyed versions which in some instances are not totally convincing as the model construction only allows certain things to be done.

Pete, i just wanted to say thanks again, to both you and Geezer, for all these great objects that we can now use in our favorite sim. Thanks for all the hours you've put in for us, and when all you really get in return is a bit of thanks from us here, well then a HUGE THANKS to you! It's greatly appreciated!   8)
