For 4.12 and  4.13 I also suggest  to remove the included p-38 repaints, that seem to be tailored for the versions previous to the last one remodelled by Daidalos  team..

I'm using this for the P-38s.

I didnt notice any problem with their cockpits, but I didnt do lot of testing.
4.12 readme only says, I quote: P-38J cockpit repainted.

there is no problem...Only  that team Daidalos did a totally new cockpit recently (I think it was for for 4.12) , and of course all works made for the previous model don´t fit on it. But it is not a problem at all, since this new cockpit does not need so much a repaint....

You can´t do an "all versions" compatible pack without some exclusions, some cockpits have been totally renewed; but of course the good choice is to provide repaints for the older ones. It is easy to remove the ones that are not needed for the latest vesions.

By the way, this mod  is one of the few mods that I´ve deemed  a must have and incorporated to my current 4.13 versión. ;)

extract to #SAS folder

I also interested in this mod and I have some different versions of the game installed.
4.13.3 with Modact -> OK, that is easy, there is an #SAS folder
4.13.4 stock -> I have only JSGME and MODS folder in this installation. Must I create now an #SAS folder, extract the files and it works? Is it so easy?
HSFX 7.03 -> The same as before, there are only JSGME and MODS folder.

Thanks for helping.

I am very curious to know why you have these folders in a "stock" version!
Because Mods only work in a modded game : ModAct x.x/ VP pack / BAT / CUP / HSFX / UP2.01 / ... !  :-X

I create them automatically, when I make an installation and Stock means, that I haven't installed any of the big mods like HSFX, UP and so one.

I really hope in a SM.79 cockpit upgrade. It is a good one but texture on bolts (or the lights on them) are not so good!
Thanks
