Hey SAS, yet another jetwarization of a map, this time the NW Europe map

I found your excellent JWV maps in B.A.T. v3.5 - JTW and wanted to use it for QMB.

The missions use many many modern mod objects in B.A.T. - JTW.
So almost impossible to use outside from B.A.T. - JTW.
