Yep, asheshouse is the master of ships. I still hope for HMS Hood, Prinz Eugen and maybe some more important ships of WW 2 - I think we all would be delighted, especially for the more realistic "Bismarck" scenario. Keep up the amazing work, mate! Ur awesome!

...and just working on a small scenario incl. the attack on the "Bismarck" I notice that Swordfishies won't takeoff her, one made it though, others just plunge or collide with something on deck. I use her in DBW without HD- mod and catapult-mod , she works fine except these issues mentioned. Is that the reason and I have to  forget about planes taking off!? Thx for an answer (did I dare to ask something here!? Infact I did!) ;-)

I'm going to ask what might seem as a really dumb question, so here it goes...   I have the Ultra Pack VP_Mod Pack 5.30 v4.12. and I want to add the HMS Ark Royal as well as the Tribal class DDs to my sim but there is already a folder called "ShipAshe" in my #SAS folder. Only ships USSEnterpriseCV_42;  USSEnterpriseCV_44; USSHornetCV8_42; USSHornetCV8_42D and USSYorktownCV_542 are in the current 3do / ships folders.

Do I add the new Ark Royal, as well as other Ashe ships, to the already installed #SAS / ShipAshe folders? Or is there some other method?

Thanks if you can help and I hope I have explained my question sufficiently.

You need to check that the class files do not conflict.
In the case of ships this is normally fairly easy.
Just compare the chief.ini entries to check the class file name.
In the Ark Royal entries you will see ShipAshe$
In the Yorktown entries you will see ShipAsheUSS$

These are differently named class files so ok to merge.

The ShipAshe$ classes have often been updated as new RN ships have been created.
Latest version comes with HMS Furious so use these if installing more new ships in the ShipAshe$ group.

Sorry guys but I can't get the HMS Ark Royal to show visually in my FMB. I've check and rechecked all the entries and they are ok. She is shown in the drop down menu and objects selection, just not visual. I enclude my log so as to hope someone can show me my error, 'cause I'm sure I've missed something obvious. If you read your LOG you will see that it says that you use HD textures but that your game does not seem compatible with this type of texture!
