Thanks mate, excellent info. Looks like CUP has every object except the ones I created recently...I'm really happy about this, it will make my life so much easier if I know that CUP has most objects I need :)
I can also see now that for SAS modact users Boomers Object Pack will be the only requirement besides this mod. HSFX probably includes that object pack so that will be alright too.

Do you mean sheer size of actors.static or too many different object types?

Gorgeous work by the way with your new objects, I would really like to give Leningrad the treatment...  :)

I mean object density, no other map has 20 buildings (6-7 subtypes) in such a small area:



I try to use the least number of object possible for my new version.

That IS good news indeed. The FPS when flying over Berlin has been terrible.

Have you had FPS over Berlin? I´ve had FPM (FPMinutes, low single!) at times when I used a number of ACs flying over Berlin! Fixing this issue is great! THX!!

Hey Guys,

                Obviously this is a project that many are pleased to see VPMedia pick up the ball on. Me too.

Regarding Gerax' hope for FlaK towers , I just want to say that as a Mission Builder , given FlaK Towers as an already existing object , I would always prefer to have a "Generic" Berlin in which I could add or not add FlaK towers to suit the placement needs of my campaign or mission.

I operate HSFX7.03 which has FlaK Tower components in the FMB , and IF these were present in an easy and usable form , for my part this would be a better solution.
HOWEVER - the current FlaK Tower objects are cumbersome , as the various components exist in two different tables in the FMB.
Although I don't know how to do it (combining multiple "Objects" as components into a single "Object" , in this case probably in the "Artillery" Table) ,
it makes sense to me to build complete FlaK Towers and have them in the Artillery Table (and possibly in the "Stationary Radar" Table).

It also makes sense to have the FlaKturm as a building component (built at a + elevation) , rather than an entire building , which could then be placed adjacent to any large building structure.
Perhaps 3 Artillery Objects :
1) Lichte FlaKturm FlaK Tower Component with 2cmFlaK38 and 2cm FlaKvierling 38
