Try this :
Folders : 3do\Ships\IJNMyokou and 3do\Ships\IJNMyokou1942
Files : hier.him (in each of the above folders !)
Instead of :
[Gun4_dmg]

Attaching 1 0 0   0 1 0   0 0 1   0 0 0 
...

[Gun5_dmg]
