I would like to bump this request up since, after many hours of searching for these supposedly already existing 75" P-51s, I have had no luck finding them.  To my knowledge the AAA Mustangs without automatic radiator and automatic supercharger are the only 75" Mustangs available and they just don't cut the mustard for me since the engine functions are not properly modeled.  I don't know what goes into a project like this but seeing as how the planes already exist it seems it wouldn't be too difficult to fix the radiators and superchargers and give us a proper late WWII Mustang.  Thanks in advance!

I'm glad to know that it isn't just me, I'm so new to this that my first inclination at most times is to assume that I screwed the pooch!  Hopefully someone will rectify this and hook CUP users up with a proper late war Mustang.

it could be that in the jet era ther is at least the F51, did you tried the jet era?
