I really don't know what is happening with your #DOF.

Your log is the same as mine  - up to the point where it hangs.
It does take a while to get past the 60% mark  and I assume you have waited  long enough to get to 70% and beyond.
Did you religiously follow the first post here and load the modules in sequence?
I built my CUP  from the CD and loaded the Mega Patch over it  then Modact 3.5 -  Tested it at that point and it ran fine.  Ver. 4.12.2m
Then started the CUP Build.
 
1, Did you load the Maps module1 first?
2, Did you just stop after loading  DOF modules?
3, Did you download the torrent or Mediafire files?
4, Did you download recently of some time back - as there were updates to the torrent files.
5, Have you set up your conf.ini per the instructions in the Manual. 

Sorry I can't be of more help.
Maybe someone else has seen this issue and knows just what has transpired to hang at this point and not give you a log event.
Have you looked at the  initlog.lst  to see if that gives any info?

i have followed exactly the instructions. Mounting all the modules in the order.

i've used mediafire links, the last time was Saturday.

and the conf.ini is configured as per the instructions. it is the same for WAW and JTW

oh! wait!

i've tried a last thing before i give up.

i've deactivated the log file, perhaps it becomes too big, and, miracle!, the loading has passed the 60%  ??? ??? ???

the game has loaded finally.

to be sure i've reactivated the log file and the launch blocked at 60%, i gave up 10 min later and stopped the game in task manager; log file Size: 4.33 Mo nothing different from older log but an endless list of loading FM...

Well at least you got it to run  :)    well done.

If you look up this page  to this post:

you will find a link to a JSGME mod complied by Moezilla that will remove a bunch of the ship errors and help reduce the size of your Log
But I would certainly suggest you run without the Log file enabled - unless you have another problems.   For me it causes stuttering when the errors are written to the log.
Without it - the game runs fine.
Another thing the Moezilla  suggested was a small change to the  \il-2 1946  4.12 CUP\#WAW\STD\com\maddox\il2\objects\technics.ini file - MAKE A COPY OF IT FIRST - that will remove a couple of missing items found in the Log file.   Cars  [AustinAmb]   and  [FireTruck]   
Do a find -( Ctrl+F ) - for the AustinAmb an look at the bottom of the entry - you will find the last line states "Soldiers      3"
Make this  "Soldiers      2"  and the same goes for the next item listed underneath  [Firetruck] make it read "Soldiers      2" as well. 
That will remove at least 4 lines in the LogFile.   
Every little helps.

If anyone is using the Dry Dock mod I uploaded then here's how to update it to maintain compatability with the new WAW pt08.

Do I take it I should down load the WAW pt08 listed now  and over write the existing data?
I had not seen any words to do that here?

Have there been new changes to the original files we downloaded via Madiafire?

Is the SAS MME10.rar  also new and should it be added as well?

WAW Part 08 and SAS MME Part 10 are two new official updates to CUP.

To ensure a trouble-free upgrade, any unofficial updates/hotfixes should be rolled back and then re-applied after the official updates have been applied if they are still needed. It's what JSGME was built to handle.

I understand this, but I have a question as above - since the "MEM" parts were installed first, before "WAW" parts, do we just install first the MEM update and then the WAW update to what we have now, working as intended?  Or is there more to it? Thank you.
