I got it working and it was just a dumb mistake on my part. I had the new engine file installed in the wrong folder - so now it works great, thanks!

There is an issue on the wheels : they enter deep in the runway when the plane is on the ground .

Perhaps your runway was built over quick sands...

Just kidding

is there any intention of adding the radar and navigational radar on the Bear?

I have already did it. But I don't have any info on it except some Russian video that shows the interior with the crew and that shows the screen.

It is just a "possible" radar of the Bear.

I'll try to find some numbers then :)

EDIT:
So, the no-bomb/no-missile reconiassance RS version has a big radar on belly with 400 km range in 360 deg radius.
the "normal" glassnosed variants with small radar have 120-180 km in 360 degree radius, 180 is for forward view, 120 backwards.
The radar nosed variant (like MS for example) have range of 300 km, but it can't see fully backwards (there is the fuselage, so it makes sence...).

From what I have seen, it works exactly like the H2S, it shows the surface and it as well shows big obstacles (like ships and bridges) as sparcles on screen.

Plus, very version seems to have only one radar.
EDIT2: EVERY, not very... -.-'

Look this one at 1:39min:

Or this other one has many interesting views:

At 1:50min it has the radar making a sweep movement as in the previous video at the bottom of the screen (as a real winscreen wiper). But at 2:14min it has the radar sweeping from the center of the screen (as the AN/APQ-13 I made for the B-29) making a short 0 to 30deg sweep from the center.

So even it has many operational modes or they were just different implementations (perhaps as you said, one for recogneisance, one for bombing aid, etc.)

And apart of that, what is very strange is this Green Screen depicted in that same video (that doesn't have any image on it):
