Pablo

Glad to say i finally tracked down a copy of the H2S manual  ;D

Here you go mate

https://www.mediafire.com/view/6bjl85zj201n5lo/AP2890L.pdf

Only had chance for a quick look, but it seems very comprehensive and should answer all your questions. I am not sure if i understand how the course and track markers work myself yet even after reading this, but if we put our heads together i am sure we can work it out.

slipper

Slipper,
this is just solid gold! Amazing.

The drawings are quite more rough than the ones of the American radars manuals, but it is excelent as source of information.

I'm going to read it in the next days.

  Many thanks.

  Regards,
                               Pablo

AN/APQ series manual :) really detailed, describes both function and interpretation. Turns out, it had many many functions o.O
(click the line starting with "View: ...")

EDIT: ...so... how do I make it work from clean 4.12.2 with modact?
...seems it does not work with the silverplate in Heavies section (https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php?topic=7894.72)

Hello!

Hows it going with this project? I have much interest in this one. I am currently trying to finalize my Tu-16 mod, and I am using the old version of radar, where you just see signals of ships and no landscape. Now I added this version, so you have two radars, one for landscape and one for ship detecting.

I wonder if you made any progress on this one? I would be more than glad to provide my Tu-16 for you as a testbed :)

(Solved 60% CTD, 27May2015)
Installed "AutoDiffFM_HSFX701_Expert-Normal_Mode" into my *\IL-2 Sturmovil 1946 HSFX7\Files folder using JSGME.
Got this file from PA Dore's website which was bundled with the "He-177-A3 (beta) pour HSFX7.xx STD et Expert" mod (see HSFX 7 page).
It looks cool, haven't experimented with it in depth yet, about to.

Thanks Benitomuso!!   :) :) :)

Really, Really would love to use this mod, but, getting a 60% CTD, (and yep read the 60% CTD thread)
air.ini file;
Code: [Select]
B-29-SP           air.B_29SP 1                          NOINFO  usa01 SUMMER
Using 4.12.2 + HSFX7.03, using only HSFX7 on the test install, no other mods.
Log file below, any help please.

Code: [Select]
[x] 'GL_NV_depth_clamp' extension - Corrects Shadows rendering
[23:40:27] [x] 'GL_NV_texture_shader' extension - NV Pixel Shaders

Re: Radar for B-29 (AN/APQ-13) WIP Bomb Bay Doors Inop
« Reply #42 on: May 28, 2015, 12:50:29 AM »

One side affect I'm having with the mod is the B-29-SP Bomb bay doors are inop when this mod is installed, remove mod, bomb bays doors are operative agian.

Course would rather have the radar than the manual doors, would be nice to both though.
Any help?

Would a log file help for this?
