Maskingnets of 412 + KronstadtFort01 Black at Mid-Range, Fix

This is a view from classic Gulf of Finland summer with UP3 objects mounted.
Mounting UP3 sfs objects files change stock KronstadtFort01 viewed at mid-range to this black object.

All fixes applied in Mapmods\3do.                                                                           ... as of 09/01/2017, downloaded 98 times ...     

Note that the corrected TGAs may affect a range of other fortifications. ( ..this black been removed ).
I have not viewed the other forts; the solution should work, since inspired by the game original skins;
so if you find something is wrong please report back.

Returned to normal while still keeping the same UP3 object's skin. Fixed
I don't know if anyone else has corrected this before; a subject's search gave me no result.

Small errata in Readme: ..."or introduce the 3do into your   Modsfolder  > Mapmodsfolder."

If you mount UP3 objects for TFM 412, preDBW2, and any other installs on 412.2m,
the following taxi from Maskingnet option wont work anymore:

Ready to taxi I-16's in demo all explode in 'older' UP3 Maskingnets.
Do test this failure in 412_Demo_Missions: AITaxiing.mis ( 1 of the two Demo missions for 412 ).

Fixed: I already posted but it is buried deep into TFM412's answers. The msh of Maskingnet

If you try to use a recent map designed with 412 on an earlier game such as 410, 409, UP or DBW, bigger variants of Maskingnet called MID or BIG
( with their winter variants ) may have been used... They are part of regular game now, and are needed/ missing on these earlier game versions.
You can install this mod in DBW for instance, and complete a step needed if you want a Battle of Moscow map in your game...

Static.ini edit lines in the readme.
