Hi SAS~Bombsaway,
I tried to change the color of the wheels like the one in the picture, I modified the tga texture :-[ :P( the first one I found)and placed it in the folder Harpoon_v1.2> <3do> <Plane> <Textures, but unfortunately it does not work.
Would you tell me please how to do it?.
