Hello Everybody !

I am currently working on a nightfighting campaign over the pacific and was wondering :

Where has the F4U2 nightfighter corsair gone ?

I remember clearly that a mod has been released dealing with this very particular version of the corsair but was unable to find it again...

Has anybody a clue or a link where I can D/L again ? (And keep it safe ! )

I will try to install it ! If it isn't working, I will use a standard Corsair Mk1...But it won't be exactly the same !

If that is the same version that i have it works perfectly in 4.10. U can even add the wheel and cowling fixes

Just one question : How do you install this mod ?...There's a folder called "planeshine 1_1" with new code in 3DO but no information on air.ini and so, I'm lost ! 

Help !

Hello POUSSIN1,

you only have to put the folder "Planeshine1_1" in your modsfolder - that's all!

No ".ini" entries to do!

The mod will only change the right wing from the in game integrated "Corsair Mk.I, 1943".

Just tested in my 4.10 & DBW installation...  ...and all is ok!

If you want, rename the folder "Planeshine1_1" in: "F4U-2_Corsair_Planeshine1_1"

So you know later what the "Planeshine1_1" mod is!

I knew what was wrong : I forgot to select "USMC" ! 

Everything is working fine now, I will continue my campaign and keep this precious mod very safe !
