Install: unzip in your  MODS folder.

Add to air.ini :

MB_174        air.MB_174          NOINFO   fi01   SUMMER

I' Tried it with DBW 1.71 but as my log says it hasa conflict with the ki-45 TEI and this cause a 60% CTD
