Dear RedeyeJir,

this is a great map - good operational area and looks really nice.

I need to report that ships in the Dardanelles seem to travel at below sea level - they look to be moving gunwhales awash!

Please check this out. It was brought to my attention by WTE_Ikey at SEOWHQ.
My apologies that I do not have the intellectual capability to show you a screenshot.

Thanks, I think that I'll be spending some time on this map.

When it first came out for HSFX7, I couldn't get to load in my 5.30 because I was missing the Spain_4_fields_01 tga, so I copied and renamed the Spain_5_fields_01 tga to the missing one.
Map loaded, but I was missing some objects, to allow a save.

This download fixes all the missing objects, and gives me the correct Spain_4_field_01 tga.

Thanks again for all the hard work.

PS. I keep my 3do folder in my MAP MODS folder. Some rookies might get confused if they can't find it where your instructions say it is.

I installed the present DBW version of the map into my Il2 ver. 4.101 SASmodact3.06 , map loads well, but the missions are not saved. Obviously my fault, static.ini checker shows following objects missing:

I have corrected in this version the height of the sea in the Dardanelles
You could check if it works well now, and tell me.

Installing map Grecia_Africa in SASmodact:

It is similar to the installation on DBW, but you have to have some objects:
Desert Houses by Uufflakke alias Lejo
Southern Europe Houses by Uufflakke alias Lejo
Egypt Objects
Canons_England

In UP3 and DBW is not necessary to install because they already exist.

This is a great map and absolutely beautiful to fly over. There's a ton of eye candy on the ground to keep one occupied for hours just flying over it.

I have noticed down in the bottom right-hand corner, at the coordinates of BX-BY 1-2 cutouts in the shore leaving square areas. The water flows up hill and is then invisible when you get below the ground level. This has been here in both versions - HSFX and this one.

Maybe a fix for this?

I've installed it in DBW, but am unable to save missions. I installed the correct file in the bottom of static.ini. Still no dice. What did I do wrong?
