I imagined that ... may I ask you your reshade configuration ? I like very much the one I see in those pictures

I would but it won't help much.
ReShade 2 recently ceased working (Windows or Nvidia update or both) and I couldn't get my head wrapped around ReShade 3 yet, so I chose to remove it again, and with it my settings (because they cannot be carried over on major updates anyway).

ok ... but on my windows 7 (+ NVidia) reshade 2 still works fine ... but I like your settings (the result I see in the pictures) much more than mine ...

If I still had them, I would share them.
But since I decided to kick out ReShade for good, I've dumped it all.
IMHO ReShade can do nice tricks, but the downside is that the creators of ReShade give a flying f*ck for backward compatibility, so whenever you're forced to update, you can be sure that all your existing settings are invalid and with a little luck, the new version won't work at all.
That's why after redoing all my settings a dozen of times and never receiving any feedback from any developer to any of my bugreports over there, I've eventually decided that for the sake of my own mental sanity, I will keep safe distance to ReShade from now on.

but now, do you use other "tricks" to improve the graphics of our IL2 (other than conf.ini known parameters) or only plain IL2 ?

Depends
There's the conf.ini settings (all listed here), the graphics card settings (different for each of us, I'm using an Nvidia GTX 970 card) and finally in those screenshots there was ReShade being active.
Some images additionally went through "PhotoZoom Pro".
