P-40 Lend-Lease: revised version

This mod is a replica of famous mod of Karabas-Barabas (https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php?topic=5334.msg53436#msg53436).
But, in contrast to the basic mode, 3D models of Anto's P-40 Pack (https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php?topic=25646.msg264783#msg264783) are used.

Great staff, many thanks Stephan! Only with the P40N5 I get a 30% crash in my SAS ModAct 530 (Anto's P40s pack already installed). Can't get anything from my log...

Thanks Stefan, I've got the plane flying now, but I have no controls of the guns/bombs (can't shoot, can't drop bomb load)
