Little update for DCG Campaigns over NWEurope map 'WestGermany45'

Hi if you fly DCG campaigns over this map (listed as WestGermany45 in DCG), you will notice that the briefings refer to place names but the map does not have any towns/airfields named on it. In fact, this map has no names by default so any static campaign, DGEN and DCG will have the same 'blank' map. I fixed for DCG only:
