4.11.1 + modact 4.0 ~~SOLVED~~~

I have built many missions with this set up and all have worked fine.
I like to use winter maps and set stationary trains with white smoke coming out.

Today when I started playing I have LARGE black smoke on all of them.
stationary object (smoke #7) is the white small smoke.
They are all #7 but all black.
I have NOT changed any thing for a very long time and up until day all has been fine.
I have no white smoke any longer.  :(
Thank for any info.


It was the #412_Effects_File --- that caused this.
