how it s supossed to work? can the ferries run over water ? cos I couldn t get them "sail". Anyone has a .mis to see? Thanks!

I do not understand!  :-X
This kind of VEHICLES (not SHIP!) Can sail the shallow water and on the road (for those who have tortured spirits!).
But it can not coexist with the seagoing vessels (PA, CU, CA, CL, DD, ...) !

So they are actually not able to sail over sea? But as vehicles they could sail the river? It seems a little bit weird for me, anyway, THX for these works! :)
