You must have the PF/PFM/FL mod running. You must have SAS Engine mod 2.6 Final. You must have jetera 1.32.

I found that the MOD folder must  put before the old MIG-21PMF/PF/FL MOD folder, or the game will freezed when you get into the game
I rename the MOD folder as "MIG-21BIS", the old one name as "MIG-21PMF", it runs good

Thank's great planes but there is a little bug when I am flying against phantoms my plane spawns engine off and Mig-21bis shows only 3 different loadouts

Since now 6th October shall always be celebrated as SAS Jet Day, thanks to S3 and Wasted! =]

By the way, is it me or this version of 21bis is a little bit underpowered? No matter how hard I try, I still can't catch up with Phantoms (E version, to be precise) neither in climb or dive nor in level flight, despite numbers show Mig's superiority in power/weight ratio. Anyway, maybe this is just my fault.

ABSOLUTELY WOW!! I was lucky enough to finally be off from work so I was able to install these three planes  early today, fly them and they did not disappoint!!! I was even able to land these models better than I do the other models of Mig 21's!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to all that worked so hard on these aircrafts!!!

According to flight manual of mig-21bis with R-25-300 engine (69,62 kN thurst with afterburner) its allowed max indicated speed of flight is 1200km/h (1300km/h in combat), so is't much slower than F-4 witch in il-2 can reach 2400km/h easily...
Also i have noticed that after changing Il-2 version from 4.10.1 to 4.11 all my planes tend to overheat quicker - i could fly F-4 on afterburner non stop (with overheat, but without the damage), now i can't. My Mig 21 PFM overheats dangerously before i reach 400km/h, while the mig-21bis manual says that minimum speed at whitch
 you should turn off afterburner is 600km/h... There's a change in engine overheat code between 4.10 and 4.11

It seems like the drag from missiles (R-3/R-13) remains even after the missiles are fired. Is this realistic? The MiG-21s are supersonic at sea level in their default configuration, but subsonic after firing a missile load. For instance, I was able to get to about 1270 kph at sea level in the MiG-21MF with the default clean loadout. Then, on another run, after firing two R-3S (the only two I had, so now in a clean configuration) I was only able to manage about 1170 kph. Can the small pylons that held the missiles in place cannot be responsible for that much drag?

@DeJotPe
1200-1300 mk/h is IAS (indicated airspeed). True air speed of Bis with afterburner is ~2350km/h (depending on source). Anyway, I think this is wrong place to argue about such things.
