Just add to "Saucer" folder; overwrite existing file. The Flash Gordon style skin is also included. Credit for the raygun sounds goes to FreqMan and bubaproducer from http://www.freesound.org.

Internal sound fix: clone gun_17_22, rename air_can_02i and delete the original air_can_02i in "samples".

i've also tried it on 4.11.1 and 4.12.1 game versions, without success -
even the AI can't take off, they start the engines one by one, and with each new engine starting, they start spinning sideways, and eventually end up facing in all sorts of directions, but never seem able to take off - they just sit in place, with the engines revving away madly.
only really usable with air-starts, as it is.

Don't know on this one i'm afraid - it works in 4.101 (largely) without issue; it's clearly an FM problem though. I may try changing the engines over and see if that helps.

I believe that's by design. Sustaining damage triggers the invisibility cloak. ;)
