Nice screens Geschirrspülmaschine19 … The Magnum P.I. helicopter from the 80's TV series. That aircraft is still flying today, owned and operated by Paradise Helicopters of Hawaii. Its base is the heli-pad near the Turtle Bay Hotel on the North shore of Oahu.  :) I've had the opportunity to put a wrench to her a few times during my aviation mech career.  :)

AH! Fabulous Helicopter scenes  Geschirrspülmaschine19 !  8)
I knew that heli looked familiar, its from a TV Series I used to watch.
Cool to know that DHumphrey worked on it and made it fly ! Big Applause!  8)

Also cool to see those wonderful photos from Cgagan and Slibenli. The IL2-1946 has some great landscapes
for flying action ... and to crash land into  ;D

Alfie, great artsy photos dude. I do enjoy seeing those old Pre-World War One air races.
Where new machines and inventions took to the skies to show everyone who had made the best aeroplanes.
In 1912 there was a tremendous amount of Air Shows all around the world. Google search it! "air show 1912"

As primitive as the Fokker Spin was, it was one of the few and the earliest aeroplane to rely solely on dihedral and wing sweep back for Yaw/roll stability and steering control.

There was no wing warping or ailerons.

I can't imagine it being flown in anything short of near calm conditions, as any gusty wind off the North Sea would make it nearly impossible to control safely, and it had a tiny rudder.
