Tovarisch Obama smiles upon you.

And blame yourselves, he was more popular among you euro's than here!
Sure as shit didn't get my vote.

But aside from our late great national shame the aircraft pictured is just the logical end of air warfare development. Itll happen eventually.
Long time to go though before they replace us grunts.

... the history of warfare is full of similar examples - bows/arrows to muskets to assault rifles - chariots to tanks ... etc, etc. At every stage there were those who complained about the "new technology".

Remotely piloted drones are one thing but autonomous drones worry me. I do feel that taking the human out of the control loop might be a step too far  ... remember the film "Terminator", science fiction has a way of becoming science fact  ???

Well ... I'll be back ...........

aye, i take that bullet.
I really thought he was a decent guy looking for peaceful solutions and put americans back to work.
Even red his Book, or, like... the first 30/40 pages of it.
Right now... i shall keep my political opinions to mehself. I think they have been expressed and understood.
Calling him a Comrade, and making allusions to Commists... maybe a bit far stretched.

Anyway.

But as you say - this is not Obama. Technology evolves anyway, politicians can only fund it or delay it. But not stop it.

RIP Top Gun...

what really worries me is the shadow of that thing.
physics aside, the shadow suggests that she be on course, and land exactly on centerline.
...suggesting precision down to a fraction of an inch.

the rational mind knows: sun position, ship roll, time of Day, and stuff.

but its still an scary shadow position. ???

true...
before it was one human at least... taking the kill decision.
one king decided for his soldiers and mercenaries.

every fighter (had to) decide on his own.

soon it will be the chinese
hacking the brazilian networks
to get access to the mexican autonomous drones
to bomb the southern part of the usa.

Humanss, oh what have you done! *facepalm*
