Great re-paint, however is there a ( since 4.10.1 UP3 RC4 ) new template or 3D model for the IAR cockpit?

Both A & C versions of this re-paint produce small bright pink patch just beyond the gun site on the cowl behind the radiator flaps.
I am at a loss as to what causes this bright pink patch

It must be the cowling mesh i added to cover the transparency clipping problem. I don't have any problems with it. But i had to reinstall my game and the transparency clipping problem doesn't appear any more.
In current version it is actually enabled by default because i forgot to disable it before packing the archive.

It might be best to upload this third time, so it includes the working compass light + cowling fix disabled. But you can just go your hier.him and add "//" before "[Nose]".

I was wrong, the transparency clipping problem is still there. It's not in stock game so maybe it's a bug in modact 5.11. Anyone else can confirm same bug?

I didn't find any pictures showing the letters in compass, so i just left it german.
If someone can confirm the compass used romanian letters i will change it.

Ok, here's a fix for the compass. This update is compatible with the first version and others, so you don't have to download the whole thing again, but i also updated the main package.
I adjusted also fire extinguisher instrument texture.

That's problem only with compass update hier.him... I accidentally left the "[FrontBody]" disabled after some testing  .
Just enable it from hier.him. With full download should be no problem  . I separated the front part from body.msh to give it a new less black texture. Previously it shared same texture with instrument panel and it was just full black and not looking very good (same problem as bf-109 cockpit).
However i don't know how you got that transparent view, because i only see the inner parts of the plane when mesh is disabled.
Anyway thanks for reporting these bugs, hope they are now all corrected.

I think for the opening of the canopy and fire extinguishers you may need to modify the Java code and / or FMD/EMD for all IAR have these options:

  Extinguishers 0
