After a  reflection I decided to put this  my WIP version of  Figthers "Porco Rosso", I think in some ways is better the version of Gerd, but being willing to make even the Curtiss, for a parity operation, (not knowing to do slots ,after asking permission) I used the slot of Hansa. vs. Macchi.

okay, possible dumb question alert - which specific plane slot does this use?
i have put it into my DBW 1916 mods folder, thinking it will replace the Macchi-5 3d, but it doesn't show up?
also, the plane folders (S21-2vs_Lodka(multi)) do not match any existing plane i have in this install.

In the readme, I specified to have an installation of the mod Hansa. Vs. Macchi, probably you can try, in DBW1916, to put the folders / plane / in the folder STD/3do.
to differentiate between versions 1/2 with or without transient (3 in total) in a single slot, I made two folders, to be chosen, by deleting the part indicating the version, I hope it is a temporary situation, but do not know slots and class is for the time required.

(Nel readme ,ho specificato di avere una installazione del mod Hansa .vs. Macchi, probabilmente si puo provare ,  in DBW1916, a  mettere il folders /plane/ in the folder STD/3do .
per differenziare le versioni 1/2 con passeggiero o senza (in totale 3) in un solo slot , ho fatto due folders differenti ,da scegliere ,cancellando la parte con l'indicazione della versione, spero sia una situazione temporanea ma , non sapendo fare  gli slot ed class è per il momento obbligata.)
