Conflict is because Tu-95 plane folder is also named KJ-1. Problem is the Tu-95, not the KJ-1.

Real question is why nobody else has the problem, there are obliviously a couple hundred people who already installed this mod including me and everything seems to work fine (I got DBW 1.71 with SAS AI Engines Hotkeys 2.6).
