We always talk about planes, yes, they are great, no questions,
but IL2 modded has more to offer! With this pics I would like to honor
all the map makers out there and the hard work and efforts they did.

Thank you for all this wonderful maps!  :)

And, maybe this pics encourage some members to make templates
and/or (ie: QMB scratch) missions etc. for this wonderful airfields.  ;)

That was exactly my sentiment for starting this thread. No matter how beautiful and realistic the planes are\have become\will become in Il2; without those beautiful maps and airfields it is much less fun to fly them.

So: amen to SAS~Gerax!!  :D :D
