I have the frozen ai in mid-air issue too. And also, if i spawn more than 1 AIs, they lag my game well.

I'm no expert but I think the Dr 1 is a 4.10 a/c and is not really suited for 4.12.2......
I've just loaded 8 Dr 1's in my DBW1916 setup and they fly beautifully  :)

hi,

having same issue with FROZEN AI Fokkers...
tried replace/install the new link version you had posted - but still no joy :(
any other ideas/workarounds?

My FokkerDr1 version (3do plane only).

What is new:

New LODs values.



Two new LOD polys models.



Damage variation.
New shadows. Less perfect than the previous one but with much less triangles.



Minor hooks adjustments.

LOD0 before = LOD0 after

LOD100 before = 25969 polys
LOD100 after   = 22203 polys (-14,5%)

LOD200 before = 25969 polys
LOD200 after   =   6521 polys (-74,8%)

LOD400 before = 7818 polys
LOD400 after   =   805 polys (-89,7%)

LOD1000 before = 4004 polys
LOD1000 after   =   737 polys (-81,77%)

LOD2000 before = 2676 polys
LOD2000 after   =   140 polys (-94,7%)

Multiply by the number of planes that the mission includes and you will get the savings from your system.

 Thank You again this works very well.
As for the FPS I used QMB and put 32 Dr-1 in the game .
My FPS held was 79 to 90 FPS  with that many planes...Looks good to me.. ;)
