Hey mr. Uzin! Looked for it on my external drive, no luck, seems to have deleted it... Have you tried extracting the map from ultrapack 3 sfs files?

On my V4.09 install I have Zuti's Slovenia map.
I think it is the v1.37 version as mentioned in your link. Because the extra 2d maps (different compass roses) Zuti talks about are included.

many thanks for the link.
Succesfully downloaded and unpacked.
This will save much time in my trial to make Yugoslavia map in two parts - East and West, from Trieste to Nis, and from Vojvodina to half of Albania, including part of Italy. Bare bone maps made, readily opening in MapBuilder, now working on precising of rivers.
