Hey Yall I need some bombs for this puppy :-*

Its a reconaissance plane. It simply had no bombs. Think about that this is a very early WW1 plane with no bomb racks at all...
they would have to be thrown out of the plane (wich also really happened)

Look in the Spanish bomb packs - the Carbonit bomb from the photo is included (Spanish A-1 bomb) as well as the various PuW bombs.
BTW the British bomb packs contains a number of British WW1 bombs (in historical RFC colours):
- RFC MkIII 230lb
- RFC MkVI 112lb
- RFC RL 100lb
- Hales 10lb
- Cooper 20lb
(their Spanish produced version also appears in the Spanish pack but with in their Spanish colours)

Wow those are gorgeous skins, Murdoc, I love all that smoke traces and dust.  ;D
Yeah, in early WWI they kept throwing bombs as in Napoleonic times. ;D. In early SCW they were also throwing several kind of bombs by hand from every civll plane transformed into improvised bomber. Through windows, holes in fuselage or even over the cockpit rim as in VPmedia's pic.  ;D

Btw option for Italy 3d model with own default skins doesnt work since update, I get german skin and 3d for both.

Solved: Selecting Italy (ICAF) Allied on the red side gives you the new 3d model, blue will not.

The only version of the Aviatik not to be equipped with bombs was the CI in 1914 nor was it equipped with a MachGewhr...the CII carried 4 10kg bombs or a 90 lb complement and came with a MachinGewhr. WHen the plane was in the Obseravation package...a machine gun was not placed on the plane..as it was believed it would detract from the observer's main role...that of picture taker. The CII is also called the BI under Austro-Hungarian Contract. The early Aviatiks were comparable with the British BE2c, while the CII were comparable to the British BE2d/e.

Benge, then maybe we should rename it to Aviatik C.II. But I'd keep the MG for gameplay reasons in any case.

Btw I included this great mod in the DBW-1916 update together with the two skins by Murdoc.
Only thing I changed was the default skin and removed polish text from the cockpit.
Dont have the knowledge to add bombs unfortunately.

To give it the option of BOTH bombs and MG would increase the usefulness of this aircraft a lot!

Is there a template for this plane?
