Ok, this is quite old now, but still might be usefull...  due to the large scale of some maps (and thus lack of detail) I may have some errors, but overall it helps you to locate where each IL2 map is on earth (I confess I discovered how bad my geographical knowledge is when IL2 maps started growing and I couldn't immediately tell where was everything )

This is an unfinished and a bit old project  -PS, it is better to download the image and zoom it in your PC

Really interesting. Thanks so much. BTW, new Redeye_Jir's Central Spain and NE_Spain and old Agracier's Balearic Islands should be added in the first pic. If I get a minute, I could do it tonight.

I think it is Caldrail's map of Zimbotho, the fictional Africa map.
Not sure though...

Crap! I did not add names on that one... must have slipped away, I really cannot remember (thanks Ufflakke for the info, although I would have thought it is some agracier project, for if zimbotho is fictional, how could I locate it in the map -but you must know better, as maps are rather your area of expertise-)

Thanks, Crazyflak for posting this one again.  It's enjoyable just to see where the maps and the gaps are (and educational too).

I'd encourage that we update this as new maps are posted by map makers - making this _the_ location to go to for checking on 'state of the IL-2 map making'.
