I would like to get rid of the never ending sunlight. At midnight there is still sun light. I've tried changing the month in the load.ini but it doesnt work I would like pitch black night for night bombing. Any ideas?


Edit the entry in the load.ini from DECLIN =54 to DECLIN =40 to get a dark night.

There is an explanation somewhere (or even a WIP mod perhaps) where the DECLIN values got explained in full detail.

With DECLIN = 40 at a clear midnight it looks like this.

Cyberolas,

I love your maps but for some reason I can't see your map in the QMB drop down. I've tried in both versions that I use, SAS 4.09m and DBW 1.7. The Kursk map does not show up in either and I'm not sure why because I have tried both the regular Kursk and Kursk_RRR and can't get either. Your Crimea and Kuban maps both work fine for me in both versions I use. Any ideas? I tried adding both to the all.ini file and loaded them accordingly into the Mapmods folder but no joy.

QMB does not load any maps only missions. If there is no mission written for QMB that loads the Kursk map then you will never see it.

Hey Manysh, what should the clouds look like?  I don't really wanna lower the landgeom, and I think the driver's ok.  Those clouds are at 3000m

To Salty54: We don´t have any missions for Kursk in QMB. But it isn´t map mistake, its "mistake" QMB. We need missions for QMB - missions like KurskBlueAirbase00.mis, KurskBlueArmor00.mis, KurskRedArmor00.mis and so on and  so on..... Do you know somebody who make this type of missions?

Give me some time (a couple of days) to create some quick missions. Maybe 2, maybe 4 missions.
I've just finished KurskBlueArmor. A lot ground activity and the Kursk railyard is gonne have a hard time. You can count on that!
