That's weird Lonestar because after creating a very simple mission with the FMB in my DBW 1.71 install where I placed a Ryujo CVL carrier and a Generic Japanese CVL this is what I got when I open this mission file with Notepad:

Yes, you have newer version:

I have used a beta which came brand new out to that time!

Humm I see,

I hope that someday you'll update your campaign since (and to be honest) despite some issues this is the best campaign that I ever played in IL2.

By the way and speaking of issues, I had an another (and very weird) problem/issue with your campaign or to be more precise with the Attack on Truk Lagoon (Feb, 1944) subcampaign. After ending the previous Subcampaign (Battle of Santa Cruz) and generating the first mission of the new subcampaign (Attack on Truk Lagoon) and after hitting the fly button and loading that first mission of this subcampaign I got this:

If you take a closer look at the screenshots you'll see that what appears to be happening is that there's one ship inside the other (carrier).
What is curious is that later on, I tried to start this same campaign (Attack on Truk Lagoon) again using another pilot and this didn't happen.
Perhaps it's a problem that happens when playing the grand campaign and playing this same campaign (Attack on Truk Lagoon) after coming from the previous one (Battle of Santa Cruz)?

Finally, sorry for the rather low quality of the screenshots (specially the 2nd one) but I don't know how to zoom a view in IL2.  >:(

Hi,
I know there is an old bug with DCG! When you end a subcampaign with a .prd route and the takeover of the coordinates to the new one which has no .prd route included . . .
This is one of the reasons why i want to rework all .prd routes to .srd for all related subcampaigns!

But this strange thing with your carriers i have never seen before . . . :-X

Sorry, have currently no time for campaign building . . .

Thanks for the reply Lonestar.

It's a petty that you don't have time to improve your otherwise great campaign (again IMO, the best I've played in IL2 so far).

It's also a petty that I don't know how build and modify DCG campaigns, such as modifying those routes that you mention. BTW, is there any tutorial/manual on how to build DCG campaigns?
Is it (rather) easy to build DCG campaigns?

Does anyone know if the Helldivers needed in the last update need to be installed for this whole campaign to work?

I had no issues with the maps, but never added aircraft before and didn't want to mess anything up. The Helldiver dl's didn't come with instructions.

If anyone knows, I would appreciate it.

You should wait until Lonestar answers to be certain, but I am running this campaign and I do not have the Hell Diver loaded yet. I started at the beginning (first sub-campaign) so I suspect that Lonestar kept to historical availability (he usually does) and the Hell Diver will appear when it is appropriate.

@lokitexas
Hi,
SB2C-1 Helldiver
SB2C-3 Helldiver
SB2C-4Late Helldiver

Put all three files into your #DBW folder!
Then copy these entries into your /#DBW/STD/com/maddox/il2/objects/air.ini

SB2C-1C-Helldiver       air.SB2C_1C_USN 1                    usa01 SUMMER
SB2C-3        air.SB2C3_USN 1                usa01 SUMMER
SB2C-4Late       air.SB2C4_Late 1                usa01 SUMMER

First start IL-2 and see if all SB2s working . . .

So far I know the first version appear from the Rabaul and Truk subcampaign!

Hope it helps!
