Try extracting it from CUP. From the all.ini you can tell the load.ini name, from the load.ini you can tell the rest of the filenames to be added to the sfs extractors filelist.txt...job done. Boomers object pack is required for modact of course. Btw the name you posted is just a display name, the real name of the map is in the all.ini.

Fast Question.  If I have the VP Modpack fully installed and patched as well as the conf settings set to your suggestions in the first post, is there anythign else I need to do to get the same results seen in your pictures above ?

I have a Win7 machine, I5 3.2ghz quad processor, 8GB Ram, and a 4GB 1059Ti video card.

Try this fellas.  Just load it in your mod folder and it should overwrite the texture from your install with the blank texture.  Re-name it if needed so it loads at the top of your mod menu.  Let us know if it works for you.

But it makes all kronstadt walls are invisible, and there is no possibility to fix that skins, so I just replace walls to they winter versions in static.ini

The walls decided to jump out where you least expect them, after making them visible.
One of these lying in the Dover Castle. I think this was just forgotten to delete in due time

Finally found the smooth way how to make Kronstadt's plate visible and make it invisible on this map in same time. This map uses small square of plate in folder 3do\Buildings\Russia\Piter\Kotlin\Kronstadt01\, so if cut the needed area, plate in airfields will disappear.

Still have to deal with kronstadt1 object  which flying over Dover castle,  currently I had to lower it below the ground level in static.ini
