It's a dream becoming real, thank you again 101tfs, thank you so much!!! :)

I'm adjusting .hiers to have both mk.I and mk.Ib versions (the closed canopy one, but standard Hurri fuselage), and reworking the template for some skins :)

I hadn't heard of this plane before. thanks for your efforts to make it a reality. Just the thing for some early war scenarios.

IMHO

GJE, almost: i borrowed the gullwing idea (and the identical wheelspat design) from the 224, applied to a Mk.I Hurricane :)

Hello RD, unfortunately pc problems and real life duties blocked all my il2-related activities since february.

i'm still lurking but too bad i'm on almost permanent hiatus on mod-skinning.

Here's the beta link with some skins (folder: hurricane mk.IIa, afaik):

https://www.mediafire.com/file/dambil6wffpd0vh/A1P-101tfs_HawkerStormWIP.zip

and some images https://imgur.com/a/wqAG2

as far i remember, FM is of Hurricane mk.II, it has virtual retractile UC, and the 3d model itself lacks proper DM.
UK nation has open cockpit, and other nations the closed one with traditional razorback, not the short spine on my profile.

if someone is interested, the "Mk.I" should have a Fury-like cockpit and windscreen, and removed exhaust, the "Mk.Ib" a normal greenhouse with cut-down spine.

Every bit of 3d work here is by 101tfs, so if some other work is done i think we should ask him first

Can we move this to WIP please, I mean it's a blast from the past and so to speak
needs a final resting place it deserves. Apart from it real or not, it's a cool Modplane.
Good old days, humble ideas that took shape all from playing around.

Hope someone can give it a go and convert it into a real mod, sure the idea and work done until now deserves it.
