Hi gentlemen. Probably because 1. looks like it wasn't in the original mod, then 2. came for the 4.12 version by Stefan SG and 3. it was another mod from another modder, andylamb1. There are by the way 2 versions that I know of the Fw-190A-1, the last one included in CUP outdated modpack only.
