I have tinkered on this one for a long time, and here it is, the RWD8 of Ranwers, SAS version.

Our version has fixed several class issues, such as pilot gore models and such. Also it focuses the mod away from the options of civil and military, making it purely civil and thus much smaller. Also this made it possible to clean up the folders and textures a LOT. Also edited the default skins (this mod is not realy skinnable) to fix some issues and to improve other things. Changed the hue of the red also. Also fixed a number of LOD things. But this is very much still Ranwers' Mod and I changed only minor things. There are always issues remaining , but as with the tigermoth, this is for fun and it is a very nice model to go fly around in.

for those of you who dont want to nice civil plane, or feel guilty about shooting at planes not in military colours, you can download this patch, which you overwrite the similar files in the mod with, and it gives you the polish military trainer colors.

Old Auntie's too slow for my Panther. I usually bag the Kondor instead. 

Speaking of blasting at civvies, would it be difficult to civilanise Auntie and Kondor?

WOW! This is fantastic work!

I really like the civil idea alot.

I had probs with the previous version.

I think some civil planes should be on board but in the time frame.

 You see a lot of civil skins for the C-47, Ju-52 and the huge Japanese float plane as China Clippers.

Examples: Stearman (crop duster), Piper Cub, Stinson and Beech twin engined aircraft, perhaps an Avro 504 (just ideas)

Sure is a nice pleasant change from flying the Mig/Sabre lately.

Oh, and by the way....a hilarious way to shoot down this airplane is by getting behind it with a P-39 and hitting it with a 37mm or two! Sometimes overkill is a good thing!!!
