I was wondering if anyone has set up a map building version of the game in 4.101 and/or DBW? if so is it the same method as stated in kevinp's 'map building for beginners' tutorial in the mapworx section?

any help appreciated

In Kevin's version 4 of his manual , recently released at AAS,

there is MapBuilder for version 4.101. I am using it successfully.
