A request about the way DBW is being structured - would it be possible to upload the new patches as single files, and possibly periodically re-release everything up to the current version in a single file (for example once DBW 1.5 is finished, release DBW 1.0->1.5 as a single package)?
It's very, very hard to manage small(er) archives when you're HDD limited and you're not subscribed to any of the file sharing servers - I have to wait between 15 to 30 minutes to download the package, then decompress them and then merge into a single package. It takes a lot of times and HDD space...
Plus, between realizing that UP3RC meant it wasn't the final version (sigh... when English isn't your native tongue) and DBW's frequent updates, I just can't store everything and once an install is messed up, here I go again downloading everything.
I don't mean to be disrespectful, DBW is fantastic - but modding in general for Il-2 is starting to really push the limits of the hardware, and not just the graphics anymore. Please guys, if possible, provide some "all-in-one, ready-to-install" periodical download.
PS. Also, something I haven't yet noticed in DBW - is Sani's AI overheating engine included into the pack? If not, would it be possible to include it? For an offline player having "fair" AI is essential, now that we have more realistic engines, g-limits etc.
