Thread beginning Post:
~ You can only request a mod that already exists, and is in finished and working form
~ You must provide a link to where this mod can be viewed

Please, do not ask for new mods here, ask for new mods in the request section?
This thread is to "include" mods that already exist in a finished form into DBW...

Thanks...
I get all confused and crazy like a lunatic because i see people post requests in every Board...

Can the last version of Burma be released, maybe as a new all.ini line.

A request about the way DBW is being structured - would it be possible to upload the new patches as single files, and possibly periodically re-release everything up to the current version in a single file (for example once DBW 1.5 is finished, release DBW 1.0->1.5 as a single package)?

It's very, very hard to manage small(er) archives when you're HDD limited and you're not subscribed to any of the file sharing servers - I have to wait between 15 to 30 minutes to download the package, then decompress them and then merge into a single package. It takes a lot of times and HDD space...

Plus, between realizing that UP3RC meant it wasn't the final version (sigh... when English isn't your native tongue) and DBW's frequent updates, I just can't store everything and once an install is messed up, here I go again downloading everything.

I don't mean to be disrespectful, DBW is fantastic - but modding in general for Il-2 is starting to really push the limits of the hardware, and not just the graphics anymore. Please guys, if possible, provide some "all-in-one, ready-to-install" periodical download.

PS. Also, something I haven't yet noticed in DBW - is Sani's AI overheating engine included into the pack? If not, would it be possible to include it? For an offline player having "fair" AI is essential, now that we have more realistic engines, g-limits etc.

what kind of Hard drive you using?
ever considered an additional hard drive to store that stuff?
25-60 eurobucks get you a anything between 320 to 1000 Gigabyte extra.

worth the investment compared to the hasle and bandwith useage.
store the files on the extra hard drive, and sleep fine.
copy (backup) your pictures and feel better.
use the more available bandwith to download STAMP COLLECTIONS (edited)
use the more available time to share these STAMP COLLECTIONS with your Girlfriend.
she will appreciate it.

bigger hard drives improve Life quality. At least that´s my experience...

Something I would very much appreciate and that is adding the "Flyby Sounds" of Tiger33's mod. I prefer Jafa's sounds for every thing else, but Tiger's flyby sounds make for much greater immersion for me. I am not talking about the whole mod, just the flyby portion. Jiver's sound mod is great in all respects except the flyby sound is weak compared to Tiger33's. Is it possible to mod the classfiles so it will work in DBW?

Just stumoing again for Karaya's Packard merlin P-40's, providing of course the motors are fixed to eliminate the negative g cutout.

First of all - thank You CirX and Co. for 1.4!

Now my question/request:

Will it be possible to add Plutonium Effects and Gear Damage Mod into next update?
Or should we wait for final UP release then?

Regs.

You can add plutonium yourself with the proper classfile removal.

Download it here
https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,6631.228.html
Then go into it and remove the two classfiles B27261D242F3990A, 72DCDDF4D2AD25E8
You should be good to go for the majority of the effects.

1st, Thanks for 1.4! As usual this is excellent work!

Is it possible to reintroduce the YAK_1PF who was in UP2?
