You can find here an updated filelist that you can use to extract content from the sfs files. This filelist includes not only Il-2 stock version up to 4.101 but also latest versions of HSFX and UP and several stand alone mods.

Thanks to all that have been providing inputs for the list

Hi,

how can i find out which sfs-file contains the required file ? searching for them makes life hard for the would-be-modder.

There isn't a practical way of knowing that!

  You can check my new version of the SFS Extractor V3 (search the forum for it). Evantually you can load a bunch of SFS files (let's say all the 3DO ones), a process that will take a long time. But my version shows you in which SFS file do they reside, so you can check in the huge list for that file name and then you will see at which SFS package it belongs.
