Found some screenshots of your map at Aviaskins:

Uuuh...inspired by 9/11???
If I was that pilot I prefer to ram the 1C skyscraper for the release of their unfinished pre-bèta Work in Progress COD drama.  ;)

I only wanted to show that skyscraper transparent. This is not connected with 9.11!
Thank you for card!

Hi Remontnik,

No Dramas  ;D 8)

I was actually quite happy to see it up and working properly on another site on the day of the download link.

A further update at the end of the month.

Wow, I think I love it.
It's big, very nice populated and most of all it has airbases that fit my jet babies. :)

Couldn't resist to flood, very funny map!
Thanks, Farang65!

PS: Works in Modact 3.0 and UP 2.01/Histomod for me.

Thanks for the pics Tom,

With the new SAS Mod Act 3 Cirx included Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Gutamela in the forgotten countries mod.

I think El Salvador Nicaragua red and Honduras blue.

Thanks again Tom

If you have time please test some airfields in Nicaragua for me I have only done a couple and the two sea bases.

Hi Farang,
here's a painstakingly detailed night binge-report.. ;)

https://www.mediafire.com/?lx2ms9o2geb3xqu

Here's the ultra-short version

My favourite base:
Shit,deleted shot, sorry!!
These bases featured AI wingman and element(s) crash into hillsides, see report for details:
Same here,sorry!
But in report!

Cheers

Tom :)
Like that map, the airbases are pure pron gents! ;D Very cool, nice buildings, a good variety of tarmac types and most of all jet capable.

PS: Everyone suffering from my report, keep in mind I come from a Falcon 4 type sim and building missions here is not exactly my area of expertise. ;)
But IL-2 has been my other love since 2003..

Cheers

WOW Thanks a zillion Tom  ;D

In the next update Ill properly recognize you as an airfields tester.

The jets flown in the region were the T-33 and the Vietnam era Dragon Fly.

I sure hope Mr. ?/109 comes through with his T-33 WIP  ;D

I'm sure I've seen a request for the Dragon Fly.

Later in the early 80's Some Central American countries were using the Dragon Fly and Spooky AC-47 gunships.

Thanks again Tom  ;D

More busy fingures for me this week  8)

PS Tom that first airstrip you point out in your photo I discovered you really have to take off at the other end of the runway. (I left both starts in to make it interesting).  i may change that other problem airbase entirely the one near the border in Nicaragua's update. I was never happy with that one. All airfields were copied and pasted from other maps. I just installed the buildings to suit and changed some runway textures.

PPS Another airbase taking off only at one end is the air base at San Salvador. I discovered that on testing as well.

I also used Corsairs, Mustangs, C-47's and A-20's all stock aircraft for testing including two or three flights coming in from different directions.

Still crashed in to mountains a lot at first  he he then tightened everything up waypoints increased the altitude greatly from take off and played as second pilot.

Hi Gerax,

i provided just a Word document for the read me.
At home i can open it in NotePad or Word.

I'll have a look at the actual download version for you tonight from mega upload.

No you do not have to change anything in Boomers static.ini.

Uffalakke's MOD just covers up some advertizing.

If you install it have more of a look at San Pedro Sula in Honduras.

You'll see what i mean. They are just painted on windows instead of advertizing.

Cheers Kirby
