Well, I tried to translate the pdf file into English. The author - Oknevas - suggests that it would be useful , if any native english speaker will revise this my translation. I join to his meaning. The link to the file is here:

Very nice map indeed.One can literally follow the 1942 journey of Alexander Pokryshkin with this map.I am back to his book to read it again.
