No, it's aircraft-mounted modification of Russian infantry's main MG Maxim M1910. The main difference from prototype is an air-cooled barrel instead of water-cooled one.

Vickers machine gun was an improvement on the original design of Hiram Maxim in 1883. Compared to the original draft was substantially simplified machine guns, many of the parts are manufactured from aluminum so as to reduce its overall weight. The most important change, which in 1908 made chief designer George Buckham, the reconstruction of the system to lock. Machine gun used by the system to lock the principle articulated lever connected. These levers are the original Maximus and the first versions Vickers spill down, but Buckham decided to use their tipping space at the top of the receiver. This managed to reduce the height of the receiver around a third (in Vickers receiver height is approximately equal to the diameter of the cylindrical radiator, while the Maxim much acting downwards) and thereby substantially reduce the weight and cost.
This modified machine gun manufacturer called Vickers Class C was in 1912 admitted to the armament of the British Army as Vickers Mk.I. Machine gun proved very reliable and when in 1915, looking for suitable automatic weapon for the then news - aircraft, the choice fell on him.

Copy in Russia 1920 as PV-1.
Well this abbreviation means Pusecnij, Vickers - 1 type (origin Puše?nij, Vickers - 1). Pusecnij by caliber machine gun. Later there is a further development Shkas (Škas) machine guns and gun Shvak (Švak) it later.
English transcripts of those names are terrible, czech and russia is same, they differ only used alphabet.
