Why you want something already been made by DT,stock I-15bis has spats and skis.They can be enabled by skins (customization),or you want them to be visible  permanently.

Sorry Loku but which version? Just tested 4.10 and 4.11 and seen only the version with skis but wheelspats nowhere!

Hello! Go to your I-15 bis skins folder and look for "customization.ini" archive. You can activate the wheelspats for every skin you want. It works only when flying (you don´t see them in QMB screen) and I don´t know if can be done playing online. For example, this is my archive:

This file is used for customizing some minor features of the plane by binding them to certain BMP skin.
To enable some feature, put the skin's checksum under certain tag. To find out the checksum, clear skin cache
at PaintSchemes\Cache, start the game, load skin and alt-tab back to Windows. Now cache folder has a new folder
named with long series of numbers. This is the checksum.

I hate to be a necro-poster, but I'd really like to be able to add these spats. Unfortunately, I don't understand the guidance above.

What does it mean to put a "checksum under a certain tag"? What should be in the PaintSchemes/Cache folder to make this work? Can someone pass more specific instructions?
