I just checked the link in first post, and it worked for me to download the il2.exe
If you have problem trying to get the file from the first post,
I would host a mediafire link if that would help

Ah thank goodness we can be protected from All that is Evil in Starforce. That one piece of malignant sofware has beached more DVD players than all the reefs and shoals of the Pacific. Thank you to whomever the kind soul was who created this.

CrisGer, Hello and welcome to SAS ;D

Looked up this Starforce thing and found out about it's horrible traits. I thought this EXE was for pirates or something! But yes, software can bring bad luck to us all ;)

Just recently, I had to deal with Starforce. It came from Blitzkreig Anthology or Panzers:Phase One that I picked up at Goodwill.

Thank you very much, I tried every single fix I could find to get IL246 to run on win7 x64.  This EXE fixed the issue.

I guess I had the US version of the EXE file without the securom stuff and/or CD crack.

It works with 4.12.2

Should there not also be icons for 4.11, 4.12, and 4.13, because don't all games use the same executable?

Correct, back before the newest updates the No CD Crack was needed. And there was no Steam back then. We used Hyper Lobby or connected directly with our Squadron Leader to fly missions. Anyone here from Bombs-Away.net would remember that.
